How We Work?
Song Submissions
Must own and/or control all master and publishing in order to submit for Music placement services and sync opportunities with LHM.
Terms for Approved Songs
-1 year agreement for Placement Services with option to renew subsequent years (after)
- Non-exclusive Basis (free to take songs to other sync agents/publishers)
Payment /Fees
Sync fees vary from project to project (often depends on budget).
Normally starts at $500 and above.
Upon song placements, Writers receive 100%. Publishers split 50/50. (LHM receives 50% of publishing share).
Original writers/publishers keep all rights to masters and publishing.
Cancellation
Must be made in writing at least 90 days in advance by email
