A documentary film about pioneering cook/nutritionist and television host Sylvia Burnett Elbaz.

'Health's Kitchen' was the name of her show.  She was a local sensation who wrote and sang songs about healthy foods and cooking. 

She was  ahead of her time coming way before  Food Network.
