Linnette A. Harrigan is a multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker, and the visionary force behind countless projects in Entertainment.
A graduate of Hunter College and the New York Film Academy, Linnette built an impressive career as a TV and film music supervisor before stepping behind the camera to tell deeply personal, music-driven stories.
She was the Music Supervisor for such award-winning projects as ‘Motian In Motion,’ a documentary film about Paul Motian, the iconic Jazz drummer, which was broadcast on Apple TV in 2020 and for' Rhonda Mitchell MD, ' the comedy series pilot sold to NBC Television in 2021.
For more than a decade, she's represented indie artists, songwriters and a catalog of music for sync (license) curated from around the world and has sourced music for various television and film projects appearing on such networks as BET, Netflix & Hulu.
Linnette's roots in the entertainment industry run deep. Before dedicating herself to filmmaking, Linnette commanded attention as a versatile actress and singer.
She graced various theatre stages and performed alongside legendary jazz stars, including the pioneering vibraphonist Roy Ayers.
Through Rediscovering Lucien, her latest documentary film project on the life and music of Jazz Singer Jon Lucien, she harmonizes her background in the music industry with her own ancestral history, taking viewers on a haunting, musical homecoming that explores identity, family heritage, and the courage to find her own voice once again.
