Music, media & entertainment producer, writer, speaker, emerging filmmaker,
Linnette A. Harrigan is an emerging filmmaker, a producer, director, entrepreneur, music supervisor and a vocalist hailing from New York City.
A graduate of Hunter College, Linnette Harrigan studied media production and was also trained privately as a musician, vocalist and in acting. She toured with famed artists and productions for a number of years, performing in studios and on musical stages in U.S. and abroad.
Later on, she also learned music supervision and licensing working for TV & Film. Among her credits, she was the music supervisor for such projects as ‘Motian In Motion,’ a documentary film feature broadcast on Apple TV in 2020 and for
' Rhonda Mitchell MD, ' the comedy series pilot sold to NBC Television in 2021.
Since 2022, Ms. Harrigan has also added the titles of producer and director to her name. She began independent film production under her company
Linnette Harrigan Media Inc. after training with The New York Film Academy.
Also in 2022, she completed her first documentary film short entitled,
"Cook Who Wrote The Book, " about the life and music of late pioneer cooking show host Sylvia Elbaz.
Linnette is currently a member of the New York Women In Film and Television, the prestigious organization where she has partnered with and for production on various projects.
Most recently, she is serving as a writer, producer and director for the upcoming 'Rediscovering Lucien' a music documentary film feature on the life of legendary Jazz musician, Jon Lucien now in development/pre-production stages.
Recent Awards include, the 2017 Young Gifted & Black Entrepreneurial Award.
The 2020 Corporate Vision Media Innovator Awards also recognized her for considerable growth in media & entertainment.
